Richland Real Estate. Richland is a small community located along Oregon HWY 86 from Baker City to the Snake River. Richland has recently received new sidewalks, street lights and a repaving project. The community has a very nice park that also has a community building. The park get used a lot and is used after the annual parade.
Community members have a potluck dinner after the parade. There is also a well used RV park that is located on the edge of town.
