Kristie Albrecht Realtor began practicing real estate in March 2012 after participating actively in the real estate market as a buyer and amateur re-modeler of her own homes. Prior to that, Kristie worked in various capacities from Hotshot for the Forest Service, a Mural Artist, to an Office Manager for local businesses.
“Of the many interests I have, the home ownership process, from the beginning investment stage, clear through to design and architecture and even remodeling had always fascinated me. As home ownership is one of the single most important investments an individual can make, assisting others through the process really appealed to me. Working with my clients is the best part of my job by far!”
Kristie has lived in La Grande since graduating from Oregon State University in 1994. She has two children, one at the University and one in High School. In her spare time, Kristie can be found enjoying the many outdoor opportunities of Eastern Oregon. She also enjoys painting, reading, music and sitting on the bleachers cheering for her kids.
Some of the volunteer activities Kristie participates in are, Coaching skiing for Special Olympics, Board member at the Art Center at the Old Library, past Reserve Police Officer for the City of La Grande, Art Literacy Teacher for the public schools.
