We specialize in Internet marketing, realizing that over 90% of buyers are using the internet to search for Residential, Commercial, Multiple-Units & Farm and Ranch properties. Our web site is used extensively by buyers and sellers. Buyers enjoy the ease of using our web and the amount of information that they can obtain of a property. Buyers also have access to information from our local partners page. This includes lenders, insurance providers and home inspectors. We also use a Facebook page for marketing. When we get a new listing, we give it a boost on Facebook. For our premier listings, we offer video of the property for presentation.
